Overview & agreement

Welcome to Northryn Active. These Terms of Service explain the conditions for accessing our website, using our services, and purchasing from this store. In these Terms, “Northryn Active,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this storefront. “You” refers to the person using the website or placing an order.

Please read these Terms and our linked policies before ordering. By placing an order or expressly accepting these Terms where requested, you agree to the terms presented to you for that transaction. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement and at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or legal guardian place the order. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform; purchases from this storefront are transactions with Northryn Active.

Accounts & order details

Provide accurate, complete billing, shipping, and contact details. Keep your email address current so that you can receive order updates and support messages. You must be authorized to use the payment method submitted with an order.

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details confidential and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person or use their information without permission. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details to customer support.

Products & personalization

Review the product description, size guide, selected options, and personalization fields before submitting your order. Availability and customization options vary by product. Product images and on-screen previews are guides; screen settings and production processes may cause minor color or placement differences. This does not excuse a defective product or a material mismatch with the description.

For personalized items, check names, spelling, numbers, images, and other details carefully. We generally produce the options you submit. A correction requested after production begins may not be possible. Customer-selected sizing or personalization errors are handled under the Refund & Return Policy; errors made by Northryn Active are not treated as customer preference changes.

Only upload photos, artwork, logos, or other material that you own or are authorized to use, including any necessary permission from people depicted. You retain your rights in that content. You grant us and the service providers involved in your order a limited, non-exclusive permission to reproduce and adapt it as necessary to preview, produce, fulfill, and support your order. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising use of your private uploads.

We may decline personalization that is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights. If we cannot fulfill a paid order for that reason, we will contact you about an acceptable alternative or cancel the affected item and refund the applicable payment.

Orders, pricing & payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order-receipt email confirms that we received your request; acceptance occurs when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order. Orders remain subject to availability, payment authorization, and reasonable verification.

Review the currency, item prices, discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes shown at checkout before paying. Promotions apply only under their stated conditions. Changes to advertised prices apply to future purchases and do not automatically change an accepted order.

If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding with a changed price or product. We will not charge an additional amount without your authorization. We may refuse or cancel an order for a lawful reason, such as unavailable stock, failed payment, suspected fraud, or an unsupported delivery address.

If we cancel an item after collecting payment, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the cancelled item and any related charges that must be refunded. We do not use cancellation to avoid rights that you have under applicable law.

Changes & cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change an address, size, personalization, or another order detail. Include your order number and the requested change. Sending a request does not mean it has been accepted; wait for our confirmation.

Because some products are made or personalized to order, voluntary changes or cancellations may not be possible after production or dispatch. Any purchase-specific cancellation terms presented before checkout also apply. These operational limits do not remove cancellation or refund rights provided by law, including rights relating to shipment delays.

U.S.-only shipping & delivery

We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico or international destinations. Check the shipping methods offered at checkout for your address. A product’s Puerto Rico-inspired design does not indicate shipping availability to Puerto Rico.

Processing and carrier transit are separate stages. Read the Processing & Shipping Time page for current estimates and planning guidance. Estimated dates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly state otherwise before purchase.

If we cannot ship within the applicable stated shipment timeframe, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent or cancellation-and-refund options required by law. If the order cannot be fulfilled, or cancellation is required, we will refund the unshipped merchandise and applicable charges as required.

Check your delivery address carefully. Report a missing, damaged, or unexpectedly delayed package to our team with your order and tracking details. A carrier update does not, by itself, remove any rights or remedies you have against the seller under applicable law.

Returns, replacements & refunds

The Refund & Return Policy explains eligibility, request windows, item condition, return instructions, applicable fees, and refund processing. Please review it before buying and contact us before sending an item back.

Eligible non-custom products may be requested for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in that policy. Custom or personalized products are not returnable for a change of mind, preference, or an incorrect size selected by the customer.

Personalization does not exclude assistance for a defect or an error made by Northryn Active. Please report delivery damage, missing items, or product errors within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can review the issue promptly.

Policy deadlines and final-sale wording do not shorten or exclude any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. For an order already placed, the applicable purchase-time terms and mandatory law govern your rights.

Acceptable use & intellectual property

Use the website lawfully. Do not introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or use our services to violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.

Website text, product photography, graphics, logos, and other materials are protected to the extent that Northryn Active or its licensors hold rights in them. Buying a product does not grant a license to reproduce our original artwork or branding for commercial sale. This restriction does not limit lawful fair use, honest commentary, or other rights provided by law.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful conduct, a security risk, or a material breach of these Terms. Such action does not cancel an obligation to fulfill or refund a valid paid order, or prevent you from contacting us about existing purchases.

Reviews & customer feedback

You may share honest opinions about our products, service, or conduct, including negative experiences. These Terms do not prohibit honest reviews, impose penalties for them, or require you to transfer ownership of your review content.

If you submit a review through a public review feature on our website, you allow us to display that review in that feature and make formatting changes that do not misrepresent its meaning. Do not include another person’s private information or content you have no right to share.

We may moderate content that is unlawful, abusive, spam, unrelated to the experience, or demonstrably false, consistent with applicable law. A negative opinion alone is not a reason to remove a review.

Privacy & third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared, including the role of Shopify and other service providers. If these Terms conflict with that policy on personal-information handling, the Privacy Policy controls that subject.

The site may provide links to third-party websites or services, including payment or tracking services. Review any separate terms and privacy notices that apply when using them. We do not control independent third-party sites, but this does not remove obligations that the law places on Northryn Active for your purchase or our use of service providers.

Availability & responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, update, or temporarily suspend website features. We will not use a website change to remove rights relating to an accepted order.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Northryn Active is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by website use that were not reasonably foreseeable. Any exclusion or limitation applies only where lawful.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. This includes applicable mandatory product warranties, consumer remedies, and liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or injury where exclusion is prohibited. Your rights may vary by jurisdiction.

Disputes & applicable law

Contact our support team with a description of your concern and your order details so we can try to resolve it. Doing so is encouraged, not a condition that prevents you from contacting a payment provider, regulator, or a court with jurisdiction.

Applicable law and the proper forum for a dispute will be determined under the laws that govern the transaction, including any mandatory protections available where you live. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a general waiver of that provision.

Updates & related policies

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Revised terms will be posted with their effective date, and we will provide notice or seek consent when required by law.

Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively reduce rights under an already accepted order. Our Refund & Return Policy and Processing & Shipping Time policy provide the specific purchase details for those subjects, subject always to mandatory law.
