By placing an order at NORTHRYN ACTIVE, you agree to the terms below.
- Item Type: Custom (personalized) or Non-Custom.
- Sizes: We recommend reviewing the size guide before purchasing.
- Return Window: 7 days from delivery (as confirmed by carrier).
- Condition: unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
✓ General Eligibility
- To be eligible, the item must be unused and unwashed.
- Include tags, bags, and accessories if applicable.
- We do not accept returns on items in unacceptable condition.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if the requirements are not met.
A Custom Item Policy
Custom items (name, number, custom design) are final sale.
- No returns/refunds for incorrect sizing on Custom items.
- No refunds for change of preference or change of mind.
- If there was an error on our part (defect/fault), we will help resolve it.
If we made a mistake: contact us within 72 hours with clear photos.
B Non-Custom Items
Non-Custom items may be eligible for a return within 7 days if they meet the conditions.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within the indicated window.
- The item must be returned in original condition.
- Restocking fee: $7.99 (if applicable).
If the package arrived damaged or something is missing, write to us within 72 hours with evidence.

- Once received and inspected, the refund is typically processed within 3–7 business days.
- Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take a little longer to reflect.
- Notes: only 1 request per order; “Final Sale” items are not eligible.
