By placing an order at NORTHRYN ACTIVE, you agree to the terms below.

  • Item Type: Custom (personalized) or Non-Custom.
  • Sizes: We recommend reviewing the size guide before purchasing.
  • Return Window: 7 days from delivery (as confirmed by carrier).
  • Condition: unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

General Eligibility

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused and unwashed.
  • Include tags, bags, and accessories if applicable.
  • We do not accept returns on items in unacceptable condition.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if the requirements are not met.

A Custom Item Policy

Custom items (name, number, custom design) are final sale.

  • No returns/refunds for incorrect sizing on Custom items.
  • No refunds for change of preference or change of mind.
  • If there was an error on our part (defect/fault), we will help resolve it.

If we made a mistake: contact us within 72 hours with clear photos.

B Non-Custom Items

Non-Custom items may be eligible for a return within 7 days if they meet the conditions.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within the indicated window.
  • The item must be returned in original condition.
  • Restocking fee: $7.99 (if applicable).

If the package arrived damaged or something is missing, write to us within 72 hours with evidence.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Include order number, reason, and photos (if there is a defect/damage).

We will respond with next steps and return address (if applicable).

Processing Time

  • Once received and inspected, the refund is typically processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take a little longer to reflect.
  • Notes: only 1 request per order; “Final Sale” items are not eligible.
